Duke of York apartments

This mixed-use project by Originate Architects saw a 1930s office building near St James's Square in London transformed into a set of spacious apartments.

The lower floors of the building remain dedicated to office space, while the third and fourth floors have been converted into duplex apartments. The demolition of the existing fifth floor of the building enabled the creation of new double-height penthouse duplex apartments with terraces overlooking the skyline.

twentytwentyone's Contracts team were commissioned to specify and supply an extensive range of furniture and lighting. The designs selected, range from design icons to contemporary classics, complementing the air of quiet luxury that permeates these spaces.
