Fort Standard

Fort Standard is a New York based design studio founded by Gregory Buntain and Ian Collings in 2011. The designers met while studying Industrial Design at the Pratt Institute in New York, with both spending a semester at the Bauhau University in Weimar as part of their training. 

Using timeless materials and both traditional methods of production and modern processes, they characterise their designs as having a "warm contemporary" aesthetic.
