As the days warm and lengthen, twentytwentyone has a host of fresh designs to help you enjoy outdoor living.
Currently on display at our River Street showroom, our range of classic and contemporary garden furniture includes new designs by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, Jasper Morrison and TAF Architects.
Many models are now in stock and available for immediate delivery to your garden.
Designed by the Bouroullec brothers, Palissade is an extensive family of outdoor furniture formed from linear slatted metal.
Evoking traditional French garden furniture while remaining resolutely contemporary, the Palissade collection includes stools, lounge chairs and benches as well as tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
Jasper Morrison’s All Plastic Chair recalls the form of the traditional wooden chair, but uses new materials and production techniques to offer enhanced comfort, functionality and adaptability.
Cast in dyed-through polypropylene which is sun and water-resistant, the All Plastic Chair may be used both indoors and outside and is available in seven different colours.
The award-winning Overlap family of outdoor furniture by TAF Architects combines a distinctive folded steel leg system with table tops and bench seats in untreated Western Red cedar wood which will patinate and mature with use.
For the green-fingered, we have a new range of Japanese garden tools to assist you in tending and trimming plants.
Prized in Japan for their strength, sharpness and ease of use, these expertly crafted secateurs, snips and weeding hoes are now available to British gardeners.
Use alongside the Lungo watering can, which has a graceful form inspired by the profile of a traditional enamel coffee pot to bring a dash of wit to the act of watering the plants.
If you wish to bring outdoor greenery inside, our range of pots and containers embraces from simple and striking designs in earthenware and metal as well as hanging pots with a distinct sense of character.
We have also selected garden accessories to bring light and warmth to outdoor spaces, including the best-selling Follow Me rechargeable light.
With an oak handle for portability, this appealing little mushroom-shaped light casts a warm glow over drinks in the garden or picnics further afield.
Meanwhile the Flame firebowl creates fireside atmosphere in gardens and on beaches, and the Patina oil lamp sees a traditional light source for your garden table reconfigured with a sleek modern form.
You can also bring additional life to outdoor spaces by encouraging visitors in the form of birds and insect life.
Our selection of garden accessories includes a geometric contemporary take on the bird nesting box, bee hotels sustainably crafted from fallen trees in Buckinghamshire woodland and captivating copper bird feeders which are sculptural objects in their own right.
Finally, we have a selection of outdoor games to help you take advantage of warmer days.
Chose between a table tennis kit that equips any outdoor table for an impromptu match, a petanque set for a more sedate game of boules or that summer standby – a kite with a bold graphic design.
Whether you wish to get active in the garden or simply sit and bask, our selection is certain to help you make the most of Spring.

The 1966 collection is a range of outdoor furniture designed by Richard Schultz. Schultz has long been part of the Knoll story and is best known for his outdoor furniture designs. After moving to a seaside home in Florida, Florence Knoll asked her design team to create well-designed outdoor furniture that would withstand corrosive seaside air. The result was the 1966 collection which over the years has earned a special place in the world of outdoor furniture and is now regarded as a design classic.
3. Iconic outdoor table
The Tulip table by Eero Saarinen is regarded as an iconic design. Saarinen’s goal was to create a sculptural form and eliminate the ‘slum of legs’. The outdoor table has the same styling and timeless appeal as the indoor. The marble top of the indoor table is replaced by a white acrylic ‘stone’ which is hardwearing and resistant to the demands of being outside. The table features the original heavy moulded cast aluminium tulip base in white or black.
4. Sit and think
As its name suggests, the Thinking Man’s Chair is an outdoor lounge chair ideal for relaxation and reflection. The frame is made from tubular metal with slatted seat and back. The armrests feature flat sections for drinks. Available in green, grey, white and terracotta. The terracotta version has an interesting addition – written dimensions in white, as per the original prototype.
5. Store it
Exclusive to twentytwentyone, the Hook garden table by Eric Degenhardt for Richard Lampert is a metal side table which offers a multitude of uses. Its compact size means the table slots in anywhere it’s required. Perfect for patios and balconies. As the name suggests the key design feature of Hook is an integral metal loop from which to hang the folded table when not in use. Available in white, grey, yellow, pale green and blue.
