During this difficult and worrying time the safety of our customers, twentytwentyone team and our partners worldwide is our highest priority. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak evolves, we continue to monitor the situation and further updates will be communicated online and via Instagram.

We are following the advice from the World Health Organisation, UK government and local authorities and have put measures in place to safeguard our staff and customers. Our delivery partners are also rigorously following health and safety standards.

To support Social Distancing measures the shop will temporarily close as of Monday 23rd March but our team will provide sales and customer service support from home. We will try to organise a limited number of collections from the shop by appointment only, please email shop@twentytwentyone.com for further information. For the rest of this week, the shop will be open from 11am – 4pm and will only accept card transactions.

Our Contracts team is now home working with full access to servers and product information.

The warehouse will continue to despatch orders and will be by appointment only for customer collection. warehouse@twentytwentyone.com


Our international supplier network continues to update us on their production and logistics information, and we will readily provide updates on current orders and on lead times for future requirements.

We will do our utmost to maintain a flow of information and quality of service to our customers and partners. We of course remain hopeful that the situation improves and send our thoughts and best wishes for the well-being of all those affected.
