Description

323 pendant light by Bernard-Albin Gras for DCW éditions.

In 1921 Bernard-Albin Gras designed a series of lamps for use in offices and industrial environments. The Gras lamp was astounding in its simple, robust and yet very ergonomic design. The functional aesthetics of the Gras lamp, and the design of arms, stems, brackets and bases, were truly original and far ahead of their time.

Nicknamed 'les acrobates des Gras', the 323 pendant light is a distinctive hanging light suspended from two cables, much like a trapeze artist. The shade is available in a wide range of finishes in either round or conical shape. Made from steel or copper with two black satin roses and two lengths of adjustable black cable.

Please see drawing in images for full specification, or use the official DCW Editions configurator to personalise your choice of light.
