Pierre Charpin's new Kamo print is available to buy individually or in a set of three prints, each numbered, stamped and embossed.
Like Charpin's Four Monkeys series of prints from 2016, this striking and minimal triptych of images dates to the designer's sojourn in Kyoto and is based on a series of drawings produced of the Kamo River.
Charpin notes: "The Kamo drawing expresses the horizontality of the Kamo River that flows through Kyoto. The water runs gently down stair-like slopes, creating a scene of calm and beauty."
Arranging the prints in a set of three expands on their eloquent sense of movement and flow.
