In Between Stool by Sami Kallio for &Tradition.
Marrying traditional forms with contemporary manufacturing processes, the In Between range offers a unique chair, stool, and tables.
Like its sister chair, the In Between stool adopts two traditional techniques in its manufacture. The form pressed seat and the rear frame is made from compression moulded veneer for lightness and strength, whilst the solid wood back support and legs are turned on a lathe for greater detail. The result is a well-balanced expression and a chair that embraces both the sitter and modern design.
Sami Kallio's intention is that the stool 'blends into a space without taking up too much space', making it well suited to use in the home, or for use in bars or restaurants.
Available in two different heights.
