A remarkable design from Shiro Kuramata in 2019, the Day 01 Chair is a tribute to the 80s, the decade in which the seat was initially designed and when Kuramata began his efficacious collaboration with Cappellini.
Defined by a series of lines and arches that sinuously twist together, the iron tube structure creates a light volume through its form.
The frame is available in two finishes; chrome or matt varnished in black, and the seat upholstery is fixed in various leathers of the collection.
