System Cado was conceived by Danish designer Poul Cadovius in 1960 after the success of his iconic wall-mounted shelving system, Royal System in 1948.
The System Cado was also based on the innovative notion of moving furniture from the floor to the walls to create more space. The system consists of wall-mounted panels, to which various shelves, drawers and cabinets can be invisibly mounted to create a flexible and unique, space-saving shelving system.
In 2018, System Cado was relaunched by DK3 in four wood types; oiled oak, soaped oak, smoked oak and walnut with an oil finish.
The cabinet is made of MDF veneer and the drawers solid wood.
Please note; pricing is for a cabinet with three drawers only. Please view 'More products in the range' below for other components to complete the system.

Due to production techniques, new parts are not compatible with System Cado parts produced before 1985.
