Broadchalke wool and linen cushion by Eleanor Pritchard.
Hand-woven on traditional 'dobcross' shuttle looms at a small mill in West Wales, Eleanor Pritchard's textiles combine traditional craftsmanship, heritage and a strong sense of place with a distinctly contemporary use of colour and pattern. Pritchard's personal interest in mid-century textile design is a strong factor in designs which nevertheless remain resolutely of the moment.
For 2017 Eleanor Pritchard has introduced a new collection of blankets and cushions woven in a mix of wool and linen yarns.
The Broadchalke cushion features a graphic design in ink blue or chalk with black and white marl. The pattern is named for the picturesque Wiltshire village situated in the Chalke valley.
Available in Chalk face. Features silver grey wool backing fabric and a zip fastening.
A matching Broadchalke throw is also available.
Handwoven in 50% wool and 50% linen.
