New York cutlery gift set designed by Henning Koppel for Georg Jensen.

Danish designer Henning Koppel worked closely with homewares and silverware producer Georg Jensen and was largely responsible for defining the classic Scandinavian mid-century style that is so closely associated with the brand.

Koppel is particularly noted for the effortless way in which his designs combine understated beauty with function. The New York cutlery set exemplifies his approach, featuring a refined and elegant range of flatware in matt stainless steel.

The set contains six each of the following: knife, fork, dessert spoon and tea spoon in 18/8 stainless steel with a matt finish.

Dishwasher safe.

Care instructions: Always wash and dry stainless steel cutlery as soon as possible after use. Leaving cutlery unwashed or soaking in water may result in spotting. If washing in a dishwasher, rinse cutlery before placing it in the machine and wipe dry as soon as the dishwashing cycle has finished. Avoid washing with iron products as these may release rust which can damage the stainless steel.
