This item is a one-off clearance item to be sold on a first order, first served basis.
Originally conceived in the 1940s by preeminent Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen, the Ring Crown pendant light was designed on commission for the Danish Broadcasting House in Copenhagen, and later adopted by architect/designer Finn Juhl for his interior design of the Bing and Grondahl porcelain factory. Relaunched in 2019 from the original drawings, the Ring Crown pendant light remains true to the early design.
Made of untreated polished brass, the frame and canopy will develop a unique patina over time. Each of the seven shades is made of mouth-blown, three layered polished opal glass to emit a gently diffused downlight. The authenticity of the design brings a distinct and timeless style to contemporary interiors.
