Grandchild chair by Mogens Koch for Carl Hansen

The Grandchild chair is a child version of Mogens Koch's iconic Folding chair.

The Folding chair, designed by Mogens Koch in 1932, is a tribute to the classic director's chair. Koch designed a smaller version in 1960 and it soon got the nickname 'The Grandchild chair' due to its smaller size.

This timeless design will last for generations and the quality materials will only make the chair more beautiful with age. A clever folding mechanism makes it easy to both set up and pack away the chair.

The Grandchild chair has a solid wood frame available in oiled beech. Seat and back in natural bleached white 100% linen canvas. Armrests in saddle leather (natural colour). Material samples available to view at our shop or showroom.

37w x 37d x 61cmh, seat height 35cm
