The classic PK20 designed by Poul Kjaerholm in 1968, is a laid-back and elegant lounge chair built upon a flexible spring steel frame.
The original idea for the chair was to use the excess leather strips from the production of other leather furniture to optimise production. The idea was however rejected because the leather strips were too different, and currently it is only the finest leather strips that are used. The PK20 is part of the permanent collection at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
Fully upholstered in a range of leather types or in wicker, please see pdf in Product Downloads for colours and grades available. The leather version also includes a matching leather headrest. The base is made of matt chromed spring steel.
