Eames DAW armchair by Charles & Ray Eames for Vitra.

Eames plastic Armchairs were first presented as part of a New York Museum of Modern Art competition, “Low Cost Furniture Design”. Their organically shaped plastic seat shells were later combined with various different bases and manufactured in their millions. In their latest version made of polypropylene, the armchairs now offer even greater sitting comfort.

Four legged ash or maple base with black metal cross struts. Select from golden maple, black maple, dark maple or honey-toned ash finishes for legs. 

Seat in polypropylene available in a range of colours.

Optional seat upholstery in Hopsak fabric. May be ordered with seat upholstered only or shell fully upholstered. Fully upholstered chairs come with a choice of white or black piping. 

All chairs come with black glides for carpet as standard. Please enquire for other options.
