Enquire about this product

Eames plywood mobile designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Vitra.

These mobiles were a by-product of Charles and Ray Eames' experimentation with moulded plywood during the 1940s. The originals hung from the ceiling of the designers' apartment in Los Angeles.

Now reissued by Vitra, each mobile consists of two abstract elements, organically rounded in form and playful in spirit, which create a series of dynamic interactions as they rotate.

Available in two models: Model A and Model B. Both made from aircraft plywood with a black lacquer finish.

Model A:32w x 40cmh
Model B: 46w x 33.5cmh
