Canteen utility chair designed by Klauser and Carpenter for Very Good and Proper.
The Canteen chair is a commercially feasible chair with design integrity suitable for residential or commercial applications.
The design is inspired by the ubiquitous post-war school chair, with a steel frame married to a plywood seat and back. The resulting chair is highly functional, light-weight and stackable.

Materials
Seat and backrest available in the following woods: light oak, beech, or walnut.
Powder coated steel frame available in the following colours: grey white, light blue, sulphur yellow, signal red, black red, orange, light pink, dark bronze, burnt sienna, khaki green, lacquered mild steel, graphite, metallic silver, or metallic brass.
