Initially conceived in 1960 by the Castiglioni brothers, Viscontea's design evokes a sense of metamorphosis with its cocoon-like structure. Emitting a soft and enchanting glow, this ethereal luminary casts a mystical ambiance wherever it is positioned.
The inner steel framework of the lamp is carefully enveloped in a white powder coating and treated with a distinctive resin, resulting in a diffuser shielded by a transparent surface.
