The Opala MIDI pendant light was one of three Opala lamps originally designed for Hotel Scandinavia in Copenhagen. The pendant was sold for many years both for offices, public buildings, private homes, and for large projects like the Churchill College in Cambridge designed by architect Henning Larsen.
The Opala pendant once was manufactured in a maxi size; vintage editions are very rare. The Opala Pendant is now available in a new mini size, never previously produced, as well as the midi size.

Materials
Shade manufactured in impact-resistant, high-gloss acrylic, top in wet-painted aluminium. Impact-resistant acrylic shade contains rubber, ensuring it gives out a warm glow regardless of the bulb used.
Available with black or white top with matching 400cm textile cord.
