Herbert Hirche

Herbert Hirche (1910-2002) is a German architect, furniture and product designer. He studied at the Bauhaus in Dessau and Berlin where his teachers included Wassily Kandinsky and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. Using the ideas and style of Bauhaus teaching, his work has had great influence on the development of product and interior design in Germany.
