Huntsman Chair
Huntsman chair by Børge Mogensen for Carl Hansen & Son.
Initially designed in 1950 by Børge Mogensen, the Huntsman chair was exhibited for the first time at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Furniture Guild Exhibition as part of a 'hunting cabin theme'.
The robust and durable seat has been crafted from a union of luxurious saddle leather, a solid wooden frame, and buckles and brackets in steel or brass that hold the leather taught. The fusion of natural and high-quality materials with solid metal components provide the chair with a rugged elegance.
The classic Danish chair captures the beauty and simplicity of Mogensen's work and offers both flexibility and comfort as it allows for various sitting positions.
The versatile seat can be used as a lounge and dining chair and was designed to accompany the Hunting Table.

Materials
The luxurious saddle leather is held taut by buckles and brackets in steel or brass and contrasted by a solid wood frame.
The leather seat is available in natural, cognac or black.
