The Georg cushion is a separate cushion with a strap for the Georg Stool, Bar Stool and bench. Upholstered in a soft Remix 2 wool fabric or in natural linen fabric, the cushion also comes with a leather or flax strap to place the cushion on the seat.

The Georg cushion is a separate cushion with a strap for the Georg Stool, Bar Stool and bench. Upholstered in a soft Remix 2 wool fabric or in natural linen fabric, the cushion also comes with a leather or flax strap to place the cushion on the seat.

Materials
Available with Remix 2 wool upholstery in dark grey or light grey colour. Also available with linen upholstery.
Wool cushion fixed with an adjustable leather strap. Linen cushion available with Flax strap.
Remix 2: The fabric is made from mélange yarns, with each thread consisting of three different colours resulting in a irregular colour-play across the surface of the fabric. Woven from an elastic combination of 90% wool and 10% Nylon, Remix 2 is highly abrasion-resistant, lightfast and flame retardant. The wool gives it a sublime comfort due to its softness and ability to absorb/give off humidity.
Linen: Made from the flax plant found in colder regions, linen is a natural material. As a natural material, the colour of the unbleached cushion may vary in shades. Linen fabrics are often stronger and heavier than a fabric made of cotton and gives a sublime comfort due to its ability to absorb/give off humidity.
Care
Remix 2: Only dry-clean. Remove spots with lukewarm water and a mild wool detergent. Treat stains immediately. Test on a small spot before beginning the cleaning process. Use only a small amount of detergent and dry up with an absorbent cloth after.
Linen: Consists of 100% flax and has been sanforised in production which secures a minimal percent of shrinkage in wash. For daily cleaning we recommend vacuum-cleaning the upholstery. For more thorough cleaning wash in machine on maximum 40 degrees. Please note that the linen will become a little lighter for each wash and will need stretching while still wet to minimize wrinkles.
