Ana Kraš transformed her intricate line drawings into the captivating Bonbon lamp collection characterized by its geometric precision and rich textures. Employing an innovative method, she handweaves the lampshades using a blend of wool and nylon yarn around a powder-coated steel frame, resulting in a distinctive textured surface.
Teaming up with HAY, Kraš dedicated herself to preserving the genuine essence of her manual weaving technique throughout the lamp production process. This artisanal approach ensures that each lampshade possesses a unique texture and appearance, rendering every piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Flexibility is inherent in the lampshade design, functioning flawlessly as a pendant or as a table/floor lamp. Choose the appropriate cord set from the dropdown menu for the desired lamp application. The cord set accompanying the table/floor lamp version is equipped with an in-line rocker switch for added convenience.
