The Soft Modular Sofa is Jasper Morrison’s riff on the modern settee. Combining pure proportions with remarkable comfort, the range embodies unrestrained clarity through a low-slung seat with notable horizontal vigour.
It has been conceived in line with Jasper Morrison’s philosophy of ’super normal’ design, which centres on the reinterpretation and development of what already exists instead of pursuing unusual and grand paths.
The modular design of the Soft Modular Sofa allows it to function as an architectural feature that can be customised to suit any interior. The range consists of a two-seat and three-seat sofa, side, corner, and central elements as well as a chaise long; the Soft Modular Sofa can be customised to suit a wide range of requirements.
Pricing example is for one low armrest lateral part, two central elements, one platform and one corner element.

Materials
The Soft Modular sofa has a seat made from a steel frame, wood construction with steel springs, polyurethane foam structure and visco cover. Arm and backrests made of wood construction with polyurethane foam structure and chamber cushion overlay (filling made of polyurethane foam rods and polyester fibres).
Removable covers in the following fabrics and leathers of the Vitra collection: Mello, Olimpo, Volo, Cosy, Dumet, Iroko, Linho, Tress, Aura, Nubia, Reed, Credo, Track, Leather, Leather Premium, Leather Premium F.
