MOEBE
Founded by cabinetmaker Anders Thams and architect Martin D. Christensen, MOEBE is a Copenhagen based design studio specialising in simple, honest and intuitive products for the home with a strong Scandinavian grounding.
MOEBE's products are designed with modularity in mind. Each design can be repaired, assembled and recycled with ease. Should a part break, only that broken part needs to be replaced, rather than the product as a whole. As the designs can be broken down into their individual parts they are easily recyclable once they reach the end of their lives.
To cut down transport volume to its minimum each product is flat packed. The packaging is cardboard based and 100% recyclable. To ensure their products are produced responsibly, MOEBE only collaborates with partners who are trusted and whose production methods are socially and environmentally responsible.
