Designed by Niels Otto Møller in 1962, the Moller 78 Side Chair is a perfect blend of comfort and character. Handmade in Denmark, the chair has remained in continuous production, standing as a testament to its enduring value and timeless appeal.
J.L. Møller utilises traditional craft techniques with little modern technology; all tenons, mortices and dowels are glued by hand. Each chair is also polished by hand, providing a better result than a polishing machine.
The Moller 78 is available upholstered in a selection of fabrics or leathers or meticulously handwoven with a tightly twisted paper from a single 129-metre cord.

Materials
Frame in beech (soaped, oiled or lacquered), oak (soaped, oiled, lacquered, smoked) or walnut (oiled or lacquered).
Seat available with natural or black woven cord, Roma leather or Hallingdal 65 fabric.
